Refund Policy

At Synapse Digitals LLC, we aim to ensure client satisfaction and uphold transparency in all financial transactions. However, in the event you are dissatisfied with our services, refunds will be processed according to the guidelines outlined below. Please read our refund policy carefully.


Refund Eligibility

  1. Full Refund:If a refund request is made before the delivery of the order, a full refund will be provided, minus a 7% service and processing fee.
  2. 68% Refund:If a refund request is made within 48 hours of the initial design delivery, a refund of 68% of the total payment will be issued, less a 10% service and processing fee.
  3. 40% Refund:If a refund request is made between 48 to 120 hours of the initial design delivery, a refund of 40% of the total payment will be issued, less a 10% service and processing fee.
  4. No Refunds: No refund requests will be entertained after 120 hours of the initial design delivery. However, we encourage you to contact us immediately to resolve any issues and ensure your satisfaction.
  5. Inactive Customer Action: If no action is taken by the client after receiving the initial concept (48 hours) or revised concept (72 hours), the project will be considered satisfactorily completed with no refund eligibility.


Refund Conditions

  • All refund requests must be communicated to our Support Department via phone, email, or live chat.
  • Refunds are evaluated case-by-case by Synapse Digitals LLC to ensure compliance with the terms of our client agreement.
  • Upon refund approval, all design rights and intellectual property revert to Synapse Digitals LLC, and the client will no longer have any ownership or usage rights over the designs, responses, or any deliverables previously shared.


How to Claim Your Refund

  1. Contact us through phone, chat, or email, clearly stating your concerns and refund request.
  2. We will attempt to resolve the issue by offering modifications or revisions per our Revision Policy.
  3. If the issue persists, a refund approval email will be sent from our Refund Department.
  4. Upon refund, design copyrights will transfer to Synapse Digitals LLC, restricting any usage of the refunded designs or deliverables.


Copyright Protection

  • Any refunded designs will remain the property of Synapse Digitals LLC.
  • We collaborate with government copyright organizations to ensure that refunded designs cannot be reused or claimed as original by the client.

Project Timelines

The project timeline will be mutually agreed upon by both parties and does not include weekends, public holidays, or delays due to late client feedback.

Quality Assurance

Our team ensures all deliverables are crafted to meet your specifications, with thorough research and analysis guaranteeing high-quality, unique designs. We provide free multiple revisions to ensure 100% satisfaction and even coordinate with your printing company free of charge if required.

Delivery Policy

Delivery timelines vary depending on the project’s size, complexity, and budget. Clients will be informed of the estimated timeline during project discussions.

Abandoned Projects

If there is no written communication from the client for at least 15 days, the project will be considered abandoned and subsequently closed.

Closed Projects

A project is considered closed if:

  • It has been delivered in full.
  • No communication or claim has been made by the client for 30 days post-delivery.
  • After closure, Synapse Digitals LLC is no longer liable for the project.
